Policies

• No Refunds.
• Sessions usually last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.
• 1/2 of total feel is due at time of session and the second 1/2 due upon delivery of CD.
• Not every picture taken will be edited. Only the edited pictures will be on the CD.
• CD's are usually ready approximately 2 weeks after the session.
• CD's come with the copyright release. In the release I retain the right to use the pictures on my website and any other form of advertising. I do not retain the right to sale your pictures. The pictures are yours, you can have pictures printed any size up to 11x14, download on your computer, and share on social networking sites. I ask that you give me credit, especially when using them on social networking sites.
• When booking a wedding, I may ask that you sign a contract.
• 1/2 of the wedding fee is due 6 months prior to the wedding; the other 1/2 being due 1 month prior to the wedding day.
• With weddings and large groups I ask that one person be designated as the contact person.
